It's happening folks, with the Department of Justice announcing that indictments are now unraveling in the Uranium One case, with the first unsealed charges against a Maryland man, Mark Lambert, who authorities have charged with 11 counts of Fraud and Bribery.
Uranium One, as we all know, connects the Obama Administration to the Clinton Foundation invoking both Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, and Bill Clinton in their pay-to-play scheme of corruption that put America's National Security at risk at the highest level by giving a large portion of America's Uranium to Russia; the very nation the left wing media continues to claim somehow interfered in America's election, so they don't have to acknowledge the real crimes committed by the previous Administration.
54-year-old Mark Lambert, of Mount Airy, Maryland; was charged in an 11-count indictment with one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and to commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of international promotion money laundering.
The new charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX), a subsidiary of Russias State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide, in order to secure contracts with TENEX.

In a letter to Energy Secretary Rick Perry and Nuclear Regulatory Commission Chairwoman Kristine Svinicki, Senate Environment & Public Works Committee Chairman John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) is demanding an explanation for how U.S. uranium left the country after the Uranium One deal.
The senator, who represents the home state of three of the companys uranium recovery facilities, said he registered strong concerns about the 2010 deal with President Barack Obama. He said he now believes the response he received, and the process through which he received it, were misleading.
He notes that in March of 2011, then-NRC Chairman Greg Jaczko said that neither Uranium One nor the subsidiary of the Russian-government-owner Rosatom held the necessary export license to ship U.S. uranium out of the country. That assessment was repeated in the NRCs recommendation to approve the Uranium One sale.
However, beginning in 2012, Uranium One was able to begin exporting uranium without an export license in a move called piggy-backing, where it was listed merely as a supplier on another companys export license. However, that uranium that left the country was supposed
to return for future processing. Not only did that uranium leave the U.S., but it was eventually exported out of Canada.
Anyway, the best word to use now is BOOMerang. Everything is turning back on the corrupt DNC and its fascist leaders. Those are the headlines I like to see.
TICK-TOCK
TICK-TOCK...
As a result of the original investigation wasnt some underling convicted? Seems as though he got a wrist slap which ended the whole case. What happened to the explosive testimony of the individual who had his non disclosure overturned. I thought that was going to be the big boom.
Perfect——could reduce the ntl debt.
Thank you Trey Gowdy for exposing and getting indictments. Oh that’s right Trey you have never gotten one indictment. Go home roosterhead. LOSER.
The Russian company Rosatom, which is state owned, purchased an 20% interest in a Canadian company who has the mining rights in the US for $1.3 billion.
A whole host of US agencies including the state department had to bless the transaction, which they did.
We see the $145 million dollar figure with the Foundation. But we also know that none of this happens without the approval of Obama himself. So what is his cut?
ROTFLOL........what the heck was this guy doing all this time?......dont answer that......I know.
Trey’s all about Trey....getting his name in the paper.....getting on FOX-TV.....etc.
Congress has their very own Joe Dirt. That being Trey Gowdy.
I believe 5 years applies here, but the crimes were alleged to still be in progress up until October, 2014, so the 5 years is measured from that time.
Also, the indictment stops the clock, even if the actual prosecution doesn’t complete before the 5 years is up.
Start at the bottom and work your way up to Obozo, and Cankles. Squeeze em hard. No deals until they agree to sing, describe the conspiracy, and rat out the accomplices.
I added Cankles to your short list.
There should be a lottery to put the cuffs on obama.
The money should go towards the debt.
Id buy up to 200 bucks worth.
Great idea. With a separate lottery for Hillary.
Good series of tweets on the significance of these indictments.

Yes. A similar Uranium One prosecution by the Justice Departments Criminal Division, lead by U.S. Attorney Rod J. Rosenstein in 2015, lead to several plea deals with private (non-government) schlubs. Key evidence wasn't used. The Informant's evidence was burried. Nobody else was prosecuted. Certainly, nobody inside of government. IMO, it was a whitewash prosecution to appease the oversight committees of Congress.
Now here we are again, in 2018. This time Rosenstein is the Deputy Attorney General, and acting Attorney General on matters that the AG is recused. Once again we have the same prosecutorial team. And once again they are going after a private non-governmental schlub.
Sessions is recused, and we are left with the same guy Rosenstein and the same team of attorneys, who whitewashed the last Uranium One prosecution.
I think you are correct not to trust this.
I don't believe that Mueller and Rosenstein would want to uncover, what they've already covered up. My belief is that latter is what's going on.
I’m BOOMmarking this page.
How much did Russia actually pay the US for the uranium?.
And does Obama have off shore bank accounts wonder why he did so much traveling after leaving office?.
I smell BS. Out of all the big fish; Clintons, Comey, Mueller, Obama, et al involved in U1, and the first guy on the list to be subpoened is a nobody Mark Lambert from Mt. Airy, MD?! Mt. Airy? Really? There’s nothing in Mt. Airy. This is a joke, right?
