EXCERPT The taxpayer financed-Skolkovo Scandal – While serving as secretary of state, Clinton oversaw a program meant to “reset” relations with Moscow and improve ties.
The program centered around the Russian city of Skolkovo near Moscow with the stated aim of “identifying areas of cooperation and pursuing joint projects and actions that strengthen strategic stability, international security, economic well-being, and the development of ties between the American and Russian people.”
Hillary's State Dept program transformed Skolkovo into a technology hub akin to a Silicon Valley. Sensitive American technology was transferred to the Russians, substantially enhancing their military and cyber capabilities.
The US Army and the FBI concluded that Russia had exploited the program for military applications. The FBI warned American technology companies doing business in Skolkovo that the Skolkovo project was a means by which the Russians would acquire dual use technologies and apply them for military ends. According to investigative author Peter Schweizer, Russian and American companies and individuals involved in the Skolkovo fiasco “had major financial ties to the Clintons.”
Moreover, during the Russian reset period, those entities provided the Clintons with “tens of millions of dollars” in the form of “contributions to the Clinton Foundation, paid for speeches by Bill Clinton, or investments in small start-up companies with deep Clinton ties.” (hat tip frontpagemagazine.com)
Foreign governments have apparently begun turning off money spigots to the scandal-scarred Clinton Foundation. The Clintons received millions from dozens of foreign governments including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada, Sweden and Ireland.

A source close to then-Pres-elect Trump's transition team indicated plans to pressure its yet unnamed US ambassadors to suggest foreign governments probe its Clinton Foundation financial dealings. “Haiti and Colombia will be key diplomatic posts because of all the money involved,” said the source.
Recently leaked e-mails indicate “Friends of Bill” Clinton may have been given priority from the State Department as it prepared to spend some $10 billion tax dollars in aid after a 2010 devastating earthquake in Haiti. The State Dept denied any special treatment.
Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra pledged $100 million to the foundation in 2005 and later benefited from the foundation’s philanthropic work in Columbia where Giustra acquired large large parcels of land and set up an oil business, according to watchdog groups. (hat tip NY POST)

When I persisted, he patronized me with the additional response, Of course the system is corrupt... “What do you want me to do Harmon, get them all fired”? My answer was and continues to be ...Yes! He retorted, “My best advice is... Make peace with your government”.
