If there were videos of paddock coming in from time to time, but without the necessary (and found) dozen of bags to contain the guns, there is only one explanation. Well, ok, potentially 2. The main one is, OTHERS BROUGHT THEM IN. So there is thus more to this attack than one strange crazy man.
You’d simply search on the entrance vids for the exact bags in the room coming into the hotel over that week.
The other potential explanation, because I don’t know the setup, is that possibly the Four Seasons has another entrance and Paddock entered that way, and the Saudi owner made sure there were no videos of it.
I recall in early days there was speculation that he may have been able to obtain access to a freight elevator which might not have had camera surveillance. I don’t know if that aspect was ever nailed down (as to whether that was a possibility).
