A lawyer is hired to WIN, that’s his job. He is not a judge nor a jury.
This whole thing is bizarre beyond all reason.
Tazing and arresting an attorney for what exactly? In a courthouse no less. For what exactly?
Am I going to get tazed and arrested in traffic court if I win a case involving a traffic ticket now in Oregon?
WTF is wrong with these people?
These lower court judges are seriously flirting with disaster. At some point, they’ll push the wrong person’s buttons.
This is obviously very Personal to this judge. Rage!
Brown was nominated to the United States District Court for the District of Oregon by President Bill Clinton

The US Marshals are pretty infamous for “forgetting” to being legally required paperwork, ATF is too.

And a hit man is hired to kill, as I stated before. A fixer is hired to fix, and sometimes that job comes with the task of ruining innocent people, as Clinton’s minions do.
Every job comes with a choice. You can choose to be a priest or a consigliere. Both have a job to do.
The Chief Judge in Oregon pushing disbarment, Michael Mosman, was nominated by George W. Bush to the bench in 2003.
Before this disbarment, the marshals claimed he obstructed them from doing their work and that he threatened them by the way he was standing in the courtroom in front of judge, jury, spectators etc.
This attorney needs to file a civil lawsuit against the U.S Marshalls, and everyone else conspiring to have him disbarred.
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that when a constitutional right is invoked, the target of that attack has a Constitutional right to have a jury decide if he is liable/guilty.
And on what Constitutional basis is a judge from another District permitted to conduct a trial in a different District without the approval of all parties.
The U.S. District Courts for Western Washington are corrupt as hell and everyone knows it.
Senior US District John Coughenour from western Washington state is one of the worst.
If there is no conviction of this attorney, the claims of the marshals mean nothing.
And he was appointed by a Republican president, too.
And not just any Republican president, nominated in the name of Ronald Reagan.
It’s way past time for Congress to impeach these black-robed fascists and traitors before this mess spins out of control. These pig “judges” are attacking our constitutional republic and trying to impose a judicial dictatorship. President Trump needs to send the 101st Airborne to some of these circuits and arrest these judges for treason.
Surly these big badass United States Marshal’s are describing Chuck Norris in the courtroom. He was just standing there in a threatening manner, right in the middle of the court room. I couldnt believe it!

US District Court Judges are pretty much selected by the US Senators from that state and nominated without all that much scrutiny. Not saying it’s the right way to do it, but it’s the reality.
