Major activity has been spotted near the launch site where the N Korean HS-15 ICBM was tested in November. Earlier reports indicated at least 2 planned satellite launches using this new booster. There is also a concern that an atmospheric nuclear test could occur.

Though probably unrelated, multiple sources indicating further buildup of chineese forces along the border with NK. Most likely to handle refugee.

NK military has been given a stand down to scavenge for food across the country side.
