I’ve never had a BB gun. But, got one for Christmas to use against the deer that leave the woods to eat the plants around my house. I’ll work on a butt shot (I guess I’ll have to get glasses...didn’t know that) to remind them they don’t own this place and to keep to the woods.
Yesterday, saw a very healthy bushy tailed coyote trot through an open area that has recently been logged. Only the 3rd one in over 40 years.
No, I’m not shooting the deer to eat (thought I’d cut off the FR posters from telling me what I should really be doing.) But, do have some people that tried to thin the heard. That I don’t mind. Did see a deer delicately picking its way through the slash. So, when the weather clears I’ll have to start practicing.
Wrong tool. you need a slingshot with clay balls.
Hmmm....But, more shots per burst. I think this BB gun does 6 in a burst.
