Oh no, not at all. You’ve completely misunderstood much, if not all, of what you’re posting about.
First, if “clearing that up” means causing you to believe what you posted (which is actually not true—see below), then that was not my intent.
Second, Air Force One is not protected with sophisticated countermeasures just to save a few hundred gallons of jet fuel. The countermeasures are to protect against attack.
Kim Jong-un has the same Russian surface-to-air missiles that shot down this airliner.
It would be insanely risky to fly anywhere near something like that.
