In January of 2016, the United Nations chose Chicago to conduct a study on race relations. They attributed this study to public protests against alleged police brutality involving minorities in Chicago and the continuous calls from African American leaders for Mayor Rahm Emanuel to resign.
The UN delegates organized a public forum at Chicago State University on the city’s south side. Many pleaded with the UN to observe the difference of what you see on the south and west sides of Chicago is very different from what you see downtown and on the north side.
The UN did not reveal exactly what it focused on while studying race relations in Chicago, but upon the Chicago Citizen’s Newspaper’s review of the UN’s International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (enacted in 1965) it is safe to assume that Article 2 of the document will be used as a guideline.

South Chicago is not on American soil ... its a foreign country. So bring in the UN troops, the armored personnel carriers, and the heavy weapons - clean it out so it can be returned to America soil.
Never. If US troops can’t operate on US soil, then foreign troops will never be here except for training on a US military installation with out own troops.

Wouldn’t be a bad idea though to move UN headquarters to South Side Chicago and mandate that all foreign delegates must live within a 1 mile radius, live in public housing, and walk to work each day.
