It sounds as if Comey was leaned on by the DOJ to exonerate Hillary, and was surrounded by treacherous underlings who were out to get Trump.

I agree. He got shut down by Lynch, and manipulated in so many ways. So did Mueller, got shut down by Obama. Remember DC voted 92% for Hillary. Everyone there thought Hillary would win. Since she didn’t win it’s possible to take care of unfinished business.
