Sexual assault/abuse has been rebranded as “sexual misconduct” in order to be more inclusive.

Still not "inclusive" enough!

Better: "Sexually inappropriate behavior."

(Even better if possible to speak of a "pattern" of such behavior! NOTE: Two times - e.g., once in 1988 and again in 2002) already constitutes a "pattern.")

It is easier to include in “misconduct” any and all contact or lack of contact between male and female humans. Anyone the Progressives feel a desire to castigate can be pushed under this rubric.
