Black men, especially non-military background. I forget the exact parameters, but I think if they had worked more than three jobs in ten years it was a red flag. Bottom line was they did not take instruction or criticism well as they considered it offensive and were being targeted because of their race not because of their performance, upon which they became indifferent to management, hard to instruct.

As a side note, I had an Indian immigrant muslim working for me. I couldn't have asked for a better employee. I really liked him and he was an excellent worker. Funny, cause I hate moslems as a general rule.
