Yes, but Ginsburg was appointed many years ago. Since then the upper limit for an appointee is in the 50-55 range. You have to be old enough to have some serious appellate experience, but young enough to have a potential 20 year run on the high court.
Well, you’d have to prove they have levied war against the United States, or given their enemies aid and comfort, or committed bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. But doing so does not exclude the bigger picture which MUST be addressed and corrected
The big picture with federal courts, as I said, is that their decisions are void if not soundly constitutionally based or if constitutional, are limited to the parties of the case at hand and do NOT constitutionally make national law.
The Senate does the removing after a trial.
This is about the dumbest thing I have read in a long time. Because he ruled against what some people wanted, that is grounds for impeachment? Good grief. That is not how it works and he will never be impeached nor should he unless he breaks the law.
