We are a nation of laws and the rule of law.
There are no clear cut rules on this. We went from traditional Judeo-Christian rules of no sex before marriage and seeking marriage as the purpose of flirting and similar activity to ANYTHING GOES.
Now people are revealing that the support they gave ANYTHING GOES is worse that Judeo-Christian rules. But they don’t want to go back to those old restrictions.
They want fun with no consequences.
