You’d be surprised. There are alot of CA conservatives in the movie industry and they say that the have to act liberal to not get blacklisted. Even the Hollywood liberals are now running out of ideas with crappy movies and the conservative types are the ones with good ideas in movies...and the money grubbers are listening. Watch for a small turn around in Hollywood if the sexploitation cases go criminal.

My new novel has great potential to become a movie, at least in my mind. It'll probably never happen, but it should. It starts in an Irish pub, goes by schooner and landing craft to Morocco, has a cliff rescue of 70 Irish schoolgirls, etc. etc. To me it's a shame that Hollywood regurgitates the same stale comic books ad infinitum while ignoring stories like mine, but that's the world we live in.

And it would be cheap to buy and rehab a Storm class FPB for that part of the story. It would make an awesome movie.
