This sentence is so utterly confused it calls into question all info being offered in this post. The head of the National Security Agency is NOT at the top of the intel community and does not conduct the daily intel briefing of the POTUS. That position is the "Director of National Intelligence"... currently held by Dan Coats. The fact that the person writing this does not know the difference between the Director of the NSA and the Director of National Intelligence suggests that the writer is some internet keyboard jockey and certainly not anyone closely familiar with the US intelligence agencies. [btw, There are 17, not 16, federal intelligence agencies]
