They should tell the college they will stay way out of sight. Just give a call when you need the police and we’ll be there in a few hours.
Can’t carry a handgun or a knife, don’t want the police...
If it is a public place, I would tell the college to pound sand, and then I would make sure I stood directly in their sight.
