Very nice. I tend to go high end at the holidays although that includes a kosher bird because they are brined - I've done that for years before brined became “a thing". I just couldn't justify kosher this year - it's now going way beyond $150 for a 20 pd. bird. Happy Thanksgiving!

Woo hoo! Just added up all the T-day ingredients (down to the eggs, onions, flour, sage) and rounded it up a couple dollars for incidental stuff (salt, pepper, butter) for a grand total of $27. Ended up with just a 19 pound Honeysuckle turkey for .68/lb and sweet potatoes for .20/lb.

Gobble, gobble, y’all!
