Rolling in the deep...
It's that simple.
Can Allred be disbarred for presenting forged evidence?
I remember Gloria represented one of the key witnesses (Amber Wray) against Scott Peterson throughout his murder trial. She inserted herself into the trial and was a fixture on the talk show circuit while the trial was in progress. Within two weeks after the guilty verdict, Amber Wray’s book came out. This meant that the book deal, which Allred negotiated, was signed and the book was mostly written before Wray testified. This never came out at the trial. Let’s face it that book wouldn’t sell half as many copies if Peterson had been found not guilty. Now I think Peterson was probably guilty but this was a major conflict of interest and Gloria had a duty to disclose the book deal to the court. Allred is as sleazy as it gets.
And the one who accused Trump of raping her when she was 13, after months of judge shopping had her case thrown out and declared frivolous. So now she’s in a nasty trick bag. She may be on the hook for 10’s of thousands in legal fees. But that’s what can happen when you have a shyster like Allred as your mouthpiece. “Activist” lawyers like her, also Kuntsler, Kuby, the long since disbarred C. Vermin Mason (of Tawana Brawley fame), etc actually don’t know Jack Schitt about the law. Become your own lawyer and you’ll have a fool for a client. Hire Allred and you’ll have a DAMN fool for a client. What’s the difference between Gloria Allred and a rooster? The rooster clucks defiant....
Gloria Allred conspired with woman to put forth Forged and Fraudulent Evidence to force a Candidate to resign before the election.
It is FELONY EXTORTION!!! ARREST HER!
xtortion (also called shakedown, outwrestling and exaction) is a criminal offense of obtaining money, property, or services from an individual or institution, through coercion. It is sometimes euphemistically referred to as a “protection racket” since the racketeers often phrase their demands a payment for “protection” from (real or hypothetical) threats from unspecified other parties; though often, and almost always, the person or organization offering “protection” is the same one willing to cause harm if the money is not paid, and such is implied in the “protection” offer. Extortion is commonly practiced by organized crime groups. The actual obtainment of money or property is not required to commit the offense.
