My oldest son took the train to Prora on one of his trips to Germany. Mostly walked around, and took a bunch of pictures. The same day he also visited Peenemunde-Historisch-Technisches Museum, which is in the same area.
I would love to see that. For those who don’t know, Peenemunde is where the V weapons, the V-1 and V-2, were developed. At some level Wernher von Braun made his name here, then ended up in the US as an important integral part of our space program.
