Offer veterans who have served honorably free parcels and mfg’d home loans if they agree to reside in Puerto Rico for at least 6 months + 1 day or at least claim it. Then they register to vote there.

I’m down with the “reverse invasion” concept, but I will say it can’t happen— not because of me, but because the cultural Marxists in government and media will scream, “That’s RAAAYYYYYCIS!” And that will be the end of that plan.
