First of all, the networks are not the press. They do not buy their press, paper, ink etc. They use the public airwaves.

I still believe they should have freedom but not the monolithic propaganda machines which describes the current mass media.

And the First Amendment is not exclusive to the official press. But they seem to think it elevates their rights of free speech above us proletariat.
