I really do not blame this cop. I believe he is being manipulated by FBI and MGM, for probably different reasons.
He most likely would like to let the truth will out.
I have no faith in this investigation at this point. Its not believable to me that, once they have his laptop, his email, his bank records, his phone records, his personal possessions from his home and hotel, his internet search history, they do not know what his motive was.
The fact that they will not say it tells me politics is shutting down this investigation. This will be another one where they investigate and investigate and investigate until people lose interest and something else happens to flush this down the memory hole. “We cannot prove any connections to ‘whatever’...” setting the bar for proof high enough to exclude whatever evidence they prefer to ignore.

58 murders, hundreds wounded, an enourmous crime scene and all kinds of people who have reasons to be extremely careful about what is let into the public domain (lawsuit city!), and this writer comes down on the Sheriff.
We are in an era with tens of thousands of recording devices on the scene. More information is getting out to the public sooner, because of this and the ability of the Internet to essentially crowdsource investigations.
Of course there are conflicting bits of information out there! How could it be otherwise!
It is the opposite of a coverup. It is the inabililtly of authorities to control all the information, craft a narrative, and then, allow only that narrative out to the public.
That is what existed for decades.
This writer seems to long for the authorities to have full control over the narrative.
They don’t, and that is a good, but messy, thing.
The facts in this case may not be known until the class action civil litigation ends. And that’s a pity.
The reason, IMO, that the Sheriff seems shifty and evasive is because the local FBI agent in charge, Aaron Rouse, who is John Podesta’s son-in-law, has his arm up the Sheriff’s butt, controlling every word he says. The shooting was a CIA/FBI run, false flag operation, to push our 2nd Amendment into the trash can of history. IF the truth ever comes out, it will show Soros and the Illuminati paid for it.

How do you cover up a little mess? With a big mess... This is a “forest for the trees” situation now. They would need to do a very in-depth investigation of everybody that died that night, and maybe, just maybe, they would find what the big mess is covering up.
A pox on this author. Over 20,000 people were at that concert. The interviews are far from over & this Sheriff & his deputies did a good job at finding & stopping the shooting. Otherwise, it could have gone on much longer. The perp had plenty of ammo still in his room. He intended to use it, IMO.
