These are definitely some early signs of a neurological disorder. It might be something as simple as Folic acid deficiency or the early stages of something more organic. It could be the hang over effects of alcoholism or alcohol consumption that passes with abstinence. She looks like a drinker to me.
She is a vile, evil person.
I will not “do the right thing” and lie by saying I hope she’s allright....
