He may have been a drunken fool, but he was searching for anyone sill alive and trying to limit their blood loss or get them to a hospital. He quickly moved away from the deceased. And he did find people who had been left for dead. No excuse for why he needed to keep his idiot camera rolling to document his helpfulness?
I haven’t seen the video of this person - is it HIS filming of hurt people, or is it a video by someone else showing him walking around with his phone? If the later - he might have just been using the flashlight feature to check people’s injuries. Or having it on video so he can use the light.
If that is what you think fine. That is not why I saw. He walked away from that man with a hole in his head who was still breathing. And when someone asked him who the heck he was, he said his mom was a nurse and he ran away.
