What i am saying is that the technology DOES exist to take someone off the street, hook them up to deep brain magnetic stimulation as seen here:

Watch the whole clip, and you can see how they can switch off sections of a person’s brain by inducing magnetic current into certain areas of a person’s brain. It is called “Trans-cranial magnetic Stimulation” and is a VERY REAL TECHNOLOGY. Now combine this with switchign off the area of mrain responsible for memeory or judgement as someone is under hypnosis to plant ideas and suggestions into someone.

Why is this important? Well if you can detect lying in the brain itself you can get feedback on how effectively you have programmed someone under hypnosis or duress.
Then you combine this technology with psychoactive drugs and hallucinogenics and you can do some scary crap to screw with someone.
All you would have to do is abduct someone for a week and run them throu8gh the “wringer” so to speak. Then set them loose and let their programming take it’s course. The Magnets in the fMRI and Magnetic Brain Stimulation ONLY being used for that week they are under your custody.
The potential of this tech is truly frightening and all tech mentioned is WELL DOCUMENTED FACT! Personally I don’t think the government is using this tech in the way I described it could be potentially abused to it’s fullest potential. But I am certain they have toyed with the idea of using fMRI on terrorists to extract information and magnetic brain stimulation to ply information from terrorists by shutting off their inhibitory or religious belief areas of their brains.
