So much for that much-vaunted "integrity of the game"....
Do you think a few people in and around Las Vegas could be pissed that an Oakland Raiders team that should have had their way with the Washington Redskins lost convincingly? Could this be why Tom Brady, Ben Roethlisberger and Aaron Rodgers suddenly announced their "unity" very publicly as to assure their black linemen they were down with the struggle and didn't want to be Carred and feathered?

Too easy. As for the content that doesn't pass muster, tell the poster hee doesn't make the cut, and delete the content. For the life of me I don't understand why we call HuffPo and Salon legitimate news sources.
Speaking for myself, I think Salon, Slate, HuffPo, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera < /yulbrynner > should be posted here if for no reason other than the old maxim:
“Know your enemy.”
Since you agree with Jim’s post then perhaps you will understand the objection Responsibility2nd made if you will simply click on the user name for the OP of this thread.
Not only is this material which has already been posted here several times in the past day, but the poster is a typical “Blogpimp” who excerpts what he purports to be his own work and rarely (as in almost never) participates in discussion here, even on his own threads.
His posting history is a string of “1 of X” all excerpted, all without comment and the vast majority being recycled material from other sources.
As far as Mods going around and deleting posts and accounts, they are thinly staffed and overworked volunteers. A certain amount of self-policing on the forum is helpful.
In the most egregious cases threads are pulled. But you can’t expect the Mods to catch everything.
I’ll make it easy for you -

Note, that is set for “Comments” not articles.

That’s not good.
Thanks for your post/clarification.
Regression analysis isn’t for sissies. ;)
In baseball Pete Rose was banned for much less. His actions did not result in putting someone’s neurological status at risk. This is bad, bad business ( or as we say in Texas...buidness}
The minute your job becomes subservient to your politics, your job will suffer. When protesting becomes more important than moving the football down the field, the game is already over, whether it’s intentional, or not.
