They can’t do “real jobs”. This is just trying to make these people look good and they’d be really doing something good, to make jobs for people who can do work and yet are still unemployed.

The whole concept of disability is the inability to perform at a job requiring marketable skills. While I would be charitable and concede good intentions, this is a nonstarter except for the nonprofits who will harvest the grants.
