I love cooking, too. I have had spectacular successes with some of my inventions, but the failures have been far too notable to forget. It is fun and we have explored the foods of many different cultures over the 50 years I’ve been cooking. My biggest failure of late was making bone broth. It was perfectly horrible, totally unedible, and while it smelled good, I can’t get the smell of the bones out of my head, literally. Maybe one of you can help with a good recipe for bone broth and a way to forget the smell of those bones...rank and, even after a vigerous washing, just this side of necrotic. Gads!

Never thought I’d see the words, “recipe” and “necrotic” in the same sentence. LOL!!
