This is the hypocrisy of the “justice” system.

Tell me how this is equality in sentencing. The guy never touched the girl. The woman screwed the kid 6-7 times. she may only do 9 months before being released.

But dud that woman have if hustiry of doing that and how many second chances did the woman get? If it was the first time that would be a mitigating factor. Weiner’s had multiple second chances. If this was the first occurance maybe he would have gotten off. And he had a bunch if classified emails on his laptop so in actuality he got off easy for his crimes.

I am reminded of the series ‘Orange is the New Black’...which was a book written over an actual prison period done by one lady.
I imagine Weiner will write the same type book and maybe end up with a TV series by 2022. Personally, I think this is all a waste of money. The judge should have put him on zero internet access, a plain analog phone, required him to be drug-tested once a month, etc....letting him live in his house.

Few people realize the rationale for these minimum security prisons - to save money. The prisoners agree not to escape, so they don’t need a lot of guards. The cost is about 1/3 of a regular prison.
