2017 has been a dynamic year for UK music scene. No matter where you are in the world its hard to ignore the vast progression and recognition that UK rap artists have been receiving globally, not only by music lovers but also by fellow musicians. One of the undeniably most progressive artists flourishing in the music scene is South London rapper, Dave, also known as Santandave, who has been acknowledged by the likes of acclaimed artists such as Drake and Hans Zimmer, alongside major brands such as Footlocker and Nike.

Truly I don’t hear it. When a new artist is spoken of in the terms used here for Dave, I expect to have me head blown off. I heard not a single new thing here. Nothing.
“Rap” and “artist” are mutually exclusive terms.
