Destroying libraries? Sure. This is what the left supports.
While the media keeps lying that the St. Louis race riots are "peaceful protests" (as it has been doing in response to every black nationalist race riot since Ferguson), here's what the left's racist black nationalist thugs are actuallu up to.
Trashing libraries.
The Schlafly branch in St. Louis suffered broken windows at the hands of the racist thugs.
The library reopened at midday after the staff went "literally... book by book" to check for glass fragments, said library director Waller McGuire. He arrived at the library at 2 a.m. Saturday.
He said it was "upsetting, but it's encouraging" to have seen people step in to help the library staff clean up. "The public library is one of the best parts of democracy," he said. "I don't think this was because we're a library."
. Being a library didn't help. To black nationalists, libraries are white spaces full of dead white men. Why not smash them up? And who cares if some of those glass fragments get into a book taken out for a toddler.
You can't make a black nationalist omelet, without breaking a lot of eggs.
"We're very angry, we're tired and we're just bringing awareness to let this community know, this is not OK and let this judge know his ruling was not OK," demonstrator Bishop Derrick Robinson said. "We're upset by his ruling and we're out here today to continue to bring awareness and disturbance on the day."
"However long it takes, we're out here," he added.
And letting the libraries know it's not OK to "bring disturbance".
Also there were 18 fires, damage to multiple businesses and police officers hospitalized after having bricks thrown at their heads.
#BlackLivesMatter. And if you don't believe that, we'll smash your library and your head.
If it wasn't today, it will be tomorrow. The left is intent to wipe out history itself, starting with statues. What makes anyone think they will stop before they burn libraries and scrub the internet?

This eve of destruction was probably the first time most of them had been inside a library since Kindergarten.
I think you meant “since birth” for the most part.
Past time to withdraw.
Something harsh must be done now, or these idiots are just going to keep getting bolder! Until some of them get flattened, they’ll just keep getting stronger with every one of their unopposed actions. Just like spoiled little two-year olds!
If no one stands up to them and holds them accountable, they will continue. What kind of country do we want? A lawless one or one where EVERYBODY follows the laws and, if someone break the law, they are punished?
When are they going to designate these groups as domestic terrorists?
Hmm. None of that gear will stop a bullet.
Absolutely. There has to be a strong response, and the guts, stamina to fight the opportunistic legal establishment in the legitimate courts if such courts still exist.
The shoe store manager in Ferguson wisely hid his cash under the work boots.
This must mean that next time I get upset I can make people aware of it by catching a bus to Robinson’s house and breaking his windows. Makes perfect sense.
It’s getting too out of hand and it’s got to be stopped. Now!
Withdraw from what?
Enablers call this sort of thing a ‘tragedy.’ That takes away the incentive to do anything about it, aside from wearing little affinity bling to distinguish themselves from people who call this sort of thing ‘outrageous.’ It’s outrage that is most likely to result in action. Sadly, America remains in the passive mode of ‘shut up and take it.’
The lesson: you get a lot more of what you enable and a lot less of what you punish.
Many university professors apologetically refer to those who built the disciplines they teach as “dead White men”.
The phrase “dead White men” is violently racist.
