Love lamb. Grilled saddle, rack or leg as shish kabob—can’t be beat. Leaner and healthier than beef—also grass fed and thus more good protein.

If anyone so much as touches my goats.... They are incredibly awesome. Each with different personalities. It would be like eating my horse or my dog.
