I mean, there was a time they couldn’t wait to get rid of Jerry Brown as their Governor, and he also lost the 1982 U.S. Senate race in California. Putting Moonbeam back in charge shows a pretty long fall for the state.
Of course, he was elected 51 years ago. California still was a sane state then with sane residents. Even until the ‘80s. After that, it just went to another place, solidified with the 1996 elections. A very dark and twisted and evil place.
