1. He sucks.

He’s bad business all the way. Who’d hire a trouble maker that distracts from the organization’s mission? He’s a childish imbecile who hasn’t gotten this yet. Good enough for him.
He’s not playing because he’s a devout Christian and because York used him as a scapegoat. Other player who knelt are still plsying, so it isn’t that. But others who were Christian were blacklisted.
No playing because he quit his original contract and has turned down multiple contracts since then. From reports there is work out there if he wants it. Shame he screwed up and is not worth as much to anyone as before, plus undesirable because of his anti-American activities and comments. If he wants to work, he’ll have to take what is offered, otherwise find a new career (better choice as he’s blown this one.)
The reason Kaepernick isn’t on a team is because he decided to opt-out of his 49ers contract.
Had he not done that, odds are he’d still be with them.

He is not responsible for the headaches. He is causing aches at the other end where the owner’s wallets are kept. Since this started, attendance and profits took a nose dive directly related to it. And nobody is good enough to be worth a loss in incoming cash like this. It isn’t that complex.

The reason Colin Kaepernick is not an NFL QB is because he can’t play the position well enough to be worth the headaches induced by his idiotic political shenanigans.
Personally, I would have loved to have gone to one of these protests with a camera and survey the protesters about who they think will win this year’s Super Bowl - the Cavaliers or the Cubs.
Spike Lee ought to hire CK - put him in one of his movies
and quit demanding what other business owners should do.

No. John Lynch, the GM for the niners, had already announced that they were going to cut Colin if he did not opt out on a PFT Live interview. He was gone either way, and the team gave him the choice of how it was going to be done. So opt out looks better to the uneducated than cut.

The fundamental reason CK is not signed as a starting quarterback,as he believes he should be, is because he is a one dimensional player whose only skill is the read option offense that defenses have caught up with. When forced to stay in the pocket he takes too long to go through his progressions and get the ball away with his long delivery motion resulting in sacks, hurries, blocked or tipped passes and scrambling runs. If he were a good quarterback all of his SJW routine would be swept under the carpet and ignored.
Here's my simple reason: "Not a team player."

I think Spike Lee should hire him. So what if CK can’t act? So what if it maybe hurts Spike Lee’s brand?
Lee ought to step up to the plate instead of demanding how others should run their businesses. I think Lee is just using this to keep himself in the news.
He's not willing to play for what teams are willing to pay him.
He overvalues his skills, which would make just about anybody in any profession unemployed.
His lack of a job gets a lot of press because it serves the agenda of others, but it really comes down to economics.
If he's not allowed to play, he cannot be injured and can be released without further salary.
It's just not worth the risk playing him to lose games and tens of millions of dollars both, no racism, no politics.
