After lawyers on both sides and the judge traded back and forth at a "status hearing" today, it was decided that the leading Tier 1 defendants (Cliven Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Bundy, Ryan Payne and Pete Santilli) in the Bunkerville Standoff will be tried alongside the two defendants not convicted after their first two trials (Eric Parker, Scott Drexler).
Trial date is set for Tuesday October 10th.
Parker and Drexler agreed to be tried with the other defendants in the interests of them getting a trial quicker. Those five along with the Tier 3 group have now been held without bail or trial for more than 18 months.

Trial date set for October 10th....
I didn’t know about how Ammon Bundy was being treated in jail (constant body cavity searches requiring him to touch his genitals) for all this time. Christ, is everything corrupt and monstrous in a Nevada?
You can retry the case if there’s a hung jury.
It’s not the jury that needs to be “hung”. It’s judge kangaroo and the malicious prosecutors.
And any bail from the Spaniard Inquisitor “judge”?
Of course not. The Bundy’s are white Americans. So back into jail they go.
If they were Antifa, no problem. But Jeff Session’s charnel house of Injustice insists they be held without bond.
Meanwhile, the State Department, the Sessions DOJ and the Wray FBI make sure Hillary walks around as a free woman.
Thank you.

The judge declared a mistrial at the first trial when the jury was deadlocked giving the federal government the chance to come back and take more shots at these guys.
But yeah, they keep coming back even with a jury apparently ‘hung’ 11-1 not guilty on remaining charges, worse than the splits in the first trial for the prosecution.
Drexler and Parker now face their third trial.
