Everyone knows the World War Two Allied Powers: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, Australia, Canada, New Zealand...and Mexico?

That's right, Mexico. In May of 1942, the United States of Mexico declared war on the Axis alliance. They even saw some combat: a Mexican fighter squad fought valiantly in the South Pacific in 1945. But their importance to the Allied effort was much greater than a handful of pilots and airplanes.

California came with boats, drove 28 hours straight and have been rescuing. Big tough looking guys too. Saw them early in the storm.

YES.....

EL PASO — Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said Wednesday the state is accepting Mexico’s
offer to help get Texas back on its feet in the wake of Hurricane Harvey.

“Yes - I have and we are,” said Abbott in Austin when asked by journalists whether he
would accept assistance from Mexico. “We had a list of aid and assistance that they
have offered to provide that we are accepting.”

Carlos Gonzalez Gutierrez, the consul general in Austin, applauded the governor’s
decision. He said assistance of vehicles, boats and food will start arriving in
Texas within days.

Big Apple comes to the aid of the Yellow Rose. NYC sent help:

"City officials on Sunday deployed the Office of Emergency Management’s Urban Search & Rescue New York Task Force One, an 80-member unit including representatives of the NYPD and FDNY, as well as EMS responders."

During WWII. Any Mexican troops volunteer to fight alongside Americans to help us achieve victory (faster)?

Define troops.

Escuadrón Aéreo de Pelea 201 (The Aztec Eagles) flew P-47s in tactical air support missions in the Philippines and perhaps against the Nips on Formosa.

To more directly answer the question, the ground crews apparently did engage Japanese troops.

The Mexican navy did engage in anti-submarine work in the Gulf of Mexico, although they were generally poorly equipped.

That is wonderful. There are still a few good people in California but most are not good people. I hope they secede there bodies from our land in California. We will never surrender our land.
