Agreed. Camille Paglia is amazing, despite being an admitted lesbian - a lifestyle I unalterably oppose. She somehow speaks the truth very forcefully, and I deeply admire her for it. Likewise Alan Dershowitz, despite a longstanding history of being a diehard liberal, has in recent times shown the moral fortitude to speak the truth, to the shock and dismay of his erstwhile cohorts. More power to him!
I can’t imagine that there would be any advantage, financial or otherwise, for him - quite the opposite. He has spoken out quite clearly in defense of truth and freedom on a number of occasions, and I salute the man for it.

To be sure, Dershowitz doesn't think abortion is a Constitutionally-guaranteed right and Paglia believes the moral high ground is with the pro-lifers. Further, Paglia's gun views aren't too strident as far as I can tell though Dershowitz is on record on saying that if he could draft the Constitution he would skip Amemdment #2.
A few weeks ago I'd opined that I'd rather skip a pro-liberty rally if some (in my opinion) men with questionable non-racist bona fides showed up. Some people castigated me, basically saying sometimes politics make for strange bedfellows. I retorted that if I have a choice, I'll skip working with such undesirables.
Which brings me back to this saga. I suppose that while the other four men I listed are anti-abortion and generally pro-gun, I fear Door #1 would stab me in the back eventually, and I don't like the #NeverTrumpism in Door #3. Further...and call me nuts...I think I may have a chance of talking Door #2's inhabitants out of their wrong beliefs.
Sorry for beating a dead horse but any other thoughts are appreciated. Thanks for listening.
Good thoughts. Door #2 has plenty of problems, to be sure, but lately they have been a breath of fresh air, speaking truth to the avalanche of lies and falsehoods that passes for the MSM. I will give them credit for that.
