OK police and spineless left wing communist mayors pass an oridance that gas masks, baseball bats and other instruments of destruction are illegal at rallies. Owners of these objects will be arrested.
Secondly, if you face is blacked or covered by a mask it is assumed that you are a rioter and will be arrested and thrown into jail.

If I recall correctly (IIRC), in some states it is already illegal to wear a hood or obscuring face mask in public areas. The origin of the law was, I think, anti-KKK and thus not specific against the antidiots like these anarchists and antifa. Still it is there to be used IF the local government has the ‘gonads’ to do it!
