FBI Suspects Members of Congress Leaked Grand Jury Indictment to the Awans
True Pundit ^ | 8/22/17 | Investigative Bureau

FBI agents suspect somebody in Congress tipped off the Awans that they would be indicted and now the criminal cases once-seemingly isolated to a group of rogue Pakistani IT specialists working for Congress suddenly has gotten much larger. And much more troubling.

Federal agents said preceding his arrest, Imran Awan acted like a man who was recently tipped off that he would be pinched and moreover, it was no coincidence Awan’s wife was whisked out of the country in March after sidestepping the FBI at Dulles International Airport to flee to Pakistan.

“She had cardboard boxes for luggage,” one FBI agent said. “The school didn’t even know she took her kids out.”

Now a faction of FBI veterans believe the couple’s puzzling behavior is explained by even more troubling revelations: Information about the Grand Jury convened to investigate Awan and his wife Hina Alvi for bank fraud and illicit money transfers was likely leaked to the Pakistani couple. Awan and Alvi were both former IT workers hired by Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Additionally, Imran and his wife — along with two brothers — performed IT and computer programming work for at least 18 more Democratic lawmakers in Congress. But it was Wasserman, the former chairwoman of the DNC, who kept the pair employed despite the booming criminal case.

I think L/E let the wife go b/c they needed to know who these characters are connected to over in Pakistan.

She is probably under constant surveillance.

The Pakis also wire-transferred money to two individuals in Pakistan who most probably flew the coop once they had the money.

L/E needs to know the whereabouts of these two individuals.

This is very easy for Trump to unravel.

Pres Trump, AG Sessions, and SOS Rex Tillerson call in the Pakistani Ambassador for a "little chat." The Pakistani Ambassador surely knows plenty---like (a) what important issues Imran is "advising" Cong Debbie about, (b) the whereabouts of Imran's wife, and, (c) the whereabouts of the rest of the Paki IT gang.

Call President Trump: Comments: 202-456-1111 Switchboard: 202-456-1414

========================================

FACTS ON FILE

<><> About half of House Republicans have signed a letter urging we cut off all aid to Pakistan. They consider it a terrorist-sponsoring nation.

<><> T-Rex calls in the Paki Ambassador, and speaking privately, gives him one week to show up with (a) evidence on Wasserman-Schultz, and, (B) Imran's wife and the rest of the IT gang.

<><> Either that or the State Dept will weigh in----and support adding Pak to terrorist list......cutting off all foreign aid.

<><> When the Pakis cough up the evidence, and the IT gang, (as they surely would), T-Rex turns it over to Pres Trump and to the DOJ (not the FBI).

<><> The DOJ then oversees the case; the FBI is given a time-certain to provide corroborating evidence (so they can't Mafia it out).

Yeah Heard that but remember the swamp is deep. The FBI is as corrupted as the IRS. Remember those low lifers? All controlled by the corruption that is Washington.

Are the Wasserman name connections in the office of the DOJ doing the prosecution all coincidental? George Webb has a new one today. The lead prosecutor named Michael John Marando is married to a Joanna Wasserman. No relationship to Steve Wasserman or Medussa Wasserman has been established.

Remember, there were going to be hundreds of disgruntled agents coming forward after Comey passed on Hillary.

That's why I think this story is bs. The reality is more likely that the FBI tipped off the Awans. The FBI wants to prove its allegiance to its Democrat masters, while an ambitious federal prosecutor might want a ticket to fame for taking down Congressional corruption.

This entire story is bogus....L/E rarely, if ever, unveils all the intricate detils in its possession as they did here.

More likely, the uncorrupted L/E already knows plenty more....like who the tipster actually is.

They released this info betting that the tipster will make a wrong move.

Of course, the tipster is bugged up the kazoo...... and her every move is being surveilled as we type.

“Mir Amal kansi ??? (Already caught)”

Caught, convicted and zapped ... now 15 years ago.

But I think the poster mean to say “as they did with Kansi,” on the assumption the Pakistani govt helped in his apprehension, against threats of consequences from the U.S. government. Until he was caught, and brought back here to stand trial, I was sure that some of our better spooks had simply ‘taken care of’ him.

Let's keep in mind......all this Paki intrigue occurred at the same time Hillary was considered a shoo-in for president. Everyone involved here acted w/ utmost certainty: that the games could go on when Hillary was ensconced in the Oval Office.

SCAM ONE---NY House Democrat CONG YVETTE CLARKE’s Office
Approved $120k Write-off of govt-issue tech devices Linked To Awans

The missing govt-issue equipment tied to NY Cong Yvette Clarke’s office supposedly included many iPhones and iPads, an official told The Daily Caller reporter.

At $800 each, Cong Clarke's $120,000 write-off would pay for 150 electronic items. Yet, Cong Clarke's office, according to payroll records, has only 16 employees......why did Clarke need so many electronics for that small staff?

The govt-issue equipment would have been billed under Clarke's former chief of staff, there 2010 to February 11, 2016 (when another person took over).

The request for the $120,000 write-off came around the time of that staffing change. Cong Clarke's office refused to tell TheDCNF which person signed the form, and why they did not fire Abid at that time, or why they did not alert authorities (not reporting knowledge of a crime IS a crime).

The Daily Caller reported that Cong Yvette Clarke’s chief routinely called a House help desk to inquire about the write-off process but did not ever convey the highly unusual scale of the dollar figure, the official said.

NOTE: The missing $120,000 covers only Cong Yvette Clarke’s office. Democrats employing the Pakis have not been audited for similar patterns.......as yet.

===============================================

The $120,000 write-off scheme in NY Cong Yvette Clarke's office is thankfully being exposed. But the Paki's are suspected of using various schemes to funnel money from dozens of other Democrat congressional offices they worked in.

====================================================

SCAM TWO--Being scrutinized is a falsified invoicing scheme that authorities believe involved cooperation from within the ranks of the Hill's tech supplier, CDW Government Inc.

REALITY CHECK Equipment purchased by members’ offices is normally tracked closely by central House-wide administrators, but House rules allow micro-purchases under $500 to be treated more informally. That rule was exploited by the marauding Paki clan.

<><> In Democrat Congressional offices IT'ed by the Awans, CDW Government, Inc knowingly accepted falsified invoices that routinely showed high-priced tech items falsely billed at just under the $500.00 cutoff rule that kept it off the House tracking radar.

<><> CDW Government, Inc then made up the difference in the actual price by inflating the cost of a service plan.

<><> More shockingly, CDW Government Inc. then shipped the equipment..... not to the Congressional office...... but to Imran’s house, a knowledgeable source said.

However, the Democrat member (or high-level staffer with financial responsibility in the member's office) would still have to sign a voucher for each such purchase.

<><> This raises questions regarding how the Democrat member's office wouldn’t have noticed (A) that tech equipment was being purchased, (B) in quantities a member's office might not plausibly need, (C) but never actually materialized at the member's office.

The Awans sold millions of dollars in real estate holdings when they found out about it. They wired large sums from those proceeds to Pakistan. Most of the family got out of dodge in February. The othe two hung back to try and clean up. The grand jury was called in November and came up with the indictments in July. Someone knew and told Imran. He figured he had time. It ran out. They need to investigate more than just fraudulent loans....
