AMMON BUNDY'S LAWYER MARCUS MUMFORD GETS A 'FULL HEARING' TO PRESENT EVIDENCE CONTESTING HIS DISBARMENT ON JANUARY 8TH

FBI AGENT ACCUSED OF LYING ABOUT SHOOTING WHEN LAVOY FINICUM WAS KILLED WILL NOT FACE TRIAL UNTIL FEBRUARY AS FEDERAL PROSECUTORS WANT RYAN BUNDY'S SHRAPNEL WOUND SUSTAINED THAT NIGHT OPENED

PENALTY PHASE FOR NON LEADERSHIP OREGON STANDOFF DEFENDANTS WHO PLED GUILTY OR WERE FOUND GUILTY IN SECOND TRIAL

The dramatic courtroom events that accompanied the acquittal of Ammon Bundy and six others tried as the 'leaders' of the Oregon Standoff protest last October 27th still sears one's memory.

His lead defense lawyer Marcus Mumford was arguing for the paperwork that said the federal government could continue to hold him prisoner over the Bunkerville Standoff in 2014.

The federal government didn't produce the paperwork but the federal marshals in the courtroom descended on Mumford tackling, tasing and arresting him.

Mumford was charged with being a disruptor of the courtroom and a threat to the federal marshals.

They actually claimed he took a threatening stance against them.

Legal wrangling led to the charges against Marcus Mumford being dropped.

But things didn't stop there. The Chief Federal Judge in Oregon, Michael Mosman, moved to disbar Mumford from practicing in federal courts in Oregon.......

The updates on the aftermath of the Oregon Standoff protest last year centered at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge.

The feds are still going after Ammon Bundy's lawyer, appear to be making a show related to lying about the incident where LaVoy Finicum was gunned down and trying to take down a blogger's posts about FBI informants at the protests.

All that and some other developments in this blog post.

Shouting necessary? This want a “protest”. Anyway. It was armed insurrection defending poachers. Armed occupation of US federal lands. Should all been shot. Support law enforcement, defend America, not these folks. The are no different than Antifa, BLM, KKK, and other domestic terrorists. Treat all same.

This entire thing is a mockery of justice. The “judge” needs to be removed and jailed. tell me there is no plan against American “freedom”.

I fully agree with that and some of the things he’s been doing lately like endorsing the Mitch McConnell candidate for US Senate in Alabama, Luther Strange, and the Bannon thing send the wrong signal.

The POTUS must do more than make a nice sounding speech in Phoenix on Tuesday.

Concrete actions in a positive direction like pardoning Joe Arpaio for starters, only for starters. Much more needs to be done in relation to matters in the West like Oregon and Nevada.

I noticed that. Very odd. But you need to lick the boots clean or be shot. Come on now, how can you argue with that logic.

A lot in your post about law enforcement and lawlessness in our country.

The FBI no doubt has informants in every group you mentioned from Black Lives Matter and the Antifa to the KKK and of course they had them in Oregon by the bushel.

Back in the 1960’s the FBI had informants around Martin Luther King, Black Panthers, KKK and the list goes on.

But politics ultimately determines who gets the heavy hand of a federal case being made against them because the politicians pull the strings of the Department of Justice and the FBI.

I don’t see any BLM or Antifa etc. etc. getting the Oregon or Nevada treatment from the federal authorities.

The Uniparty politicians are on their side IMHO.

Speaking of law enforcement, do you think President Trump should pardon Joe Arpaio, the former Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff targeted by the Obama Administration’s political Justice Department?

The “shouting” aspect of my post was to capture the actual way the blog post was made, with multiple headlines in the style of old newspapers.

Yes, pardon Sheriff Arpaio. He’s in his 70s, retired, and was made a focus of Obama’s wrath. Whether he’s technically guilty or political conviction, doesn’t matter at this point. Trump gains points by giving pardon. Can’t lose any that were already lost. And time he start doing something more than talk. I’m a stuck record on the topic but I’m peeved that he didn’t keep his day one promise to and DACA and that he is still accepting applications.
