1. Find your tribe, whether on campus or off. When you have a community of like-minded, the rest of the travails of the world become easier.
2. Know that it is NOT just you.
3. You can try to argue it and fight it, though I understand why you’d be afraid for your actual safety and job because of liberal bullies. Being reminded how you are in the right, though, and hearing others’ stories can help.

Yeah, in the old days of Bush Sr. We had College Republicans on my alma mater’s large campus, even if it meant only a puny gathering of 30. This smaller local college doesn’t seem to have any established groups like that! There are only 1 or 2 co-workers I think are conservative, and many who are flaming proud socialists! I mean, they say that, and how they hate trump and can’t understand how anyone could put him in! I got in a fight with 2 people last year around election when they arrogantly assume everyone is liberal like them and start spouting off.
