I was idly speculating, but I noticed that China suddenly bought into the anti-Nork sanctions and my guess is that that Chinese cooperation wasn’t free.
But you have a good point, there might have been some horse-trading done directly with the Norks, too.
Why the insistance that WE blinked and paid? This is TRUMP, not Klintoon or Soetoro. I think Trump’s announcement of investgation of trade deals with China brought them to their milk. They NEED our market for all their production.
