Nobody should need a permit to have a rally.
“The Nazis, KKK, and White Nationalists shouted fire in a crowded theater”
They did no such thing.
L
yes, but the city had an obligation to establish adequate safety when they issue a permit or know a large crowd is coming to the city. laving the street open and letting people throw things at each other and yell from opposite sides of a narrow street is not adequate safety and this and other incidents prove it. So the city IS responsible to prevent such incidents. Any rookie cop would know that people have been driving crowds into cars all over the world and here in the states.
None of the precludes a jury from finding the driver guilty. but the officials are also culpable and the DOJ or state AG should be all over that investigation . In Cal when coulter was scheduled, the chancellor of UC should have been sent to jail along with the campus police chief or the Berkeley chief for failure to protect the public and the property of the university and the first amendment rights of the group that invited her and of course Ann herself. But the governor of Cal was too busy raising taxes and hugging trees.
if these crimes and ministerial negligence were dealt with the incidents would decrease.
A bit off topic but am I the only one that sees the irony in the maker of the car is “Dodge”?
There, you misspelled 'racist'.
No, but people who get paid for, and accept the responsibility, can be complicit for lazy, incomplete and insufficient plans. And it should come out of their own pocket. Not the taxpayers.
Obviously they don’t have the right. The rally was canceled.
The hell they didn't.
Thus far from what ‘little’ I can learn about this character out of Ohio, his existence, does NOT fit with those I personally know that support Trump. Which in a ‘nutshell’ this whole mess was set in motion by the powers that be, buy and sell. History shows the KKK and their off-shoots were birthed by liberals in the Democrat party...
I am (very obviously, when you look at me) Caucasian, towards the pale end of the scale. I love America and would have her put first, above the wants or needs of the rest of the world. If you don’t like me, I only want you to leave me alone. If I don’t like you, I’ll stay away unless you push the issue.
I guess all that make me a white nationalist.
I am NOT a Nazi (National SOCIALIST, a product of the left), a KKKlukker (terrorist wing of the Democrat party) or a “hater” (unless you give me reason to hate you, and I’d still rather ignore you).
If the AntiFa/BLM/Soros funded leftists had stayed home there would have been no violence.
Reference my post #71. The Nazis and KKKlukkers are NOT part of any conservative movement. They no more belonged at "Unite the Right" than men belong in women's bathrooms.
A leftist agitator.
If no one replied to the leftist troll, they would get bored. They’re only here to agitate, not debate.
a few months ago I went to the protests in New Orleans when they were taking down Lee’s statue.
On one side leftists and BLM and other side were Confederate flags, Klan and White Power turds.
No way I was going to stand with them.
I went to dinner and the Robert E. Lee statue was removed.
I drove past it last night.
No one cares that Lee is gone.
You don’t understand Virginia, and the significance of General Lee to the state and to many people who live in or around Charlottesville.
This is not going to hold away.
Yes, and this one has been at it for awhile.
If the Lee statue was taken down in New Orleans after standing for 130 years, they can take him down anywhere.
Wow. That’s awesome and spot on.
No. You really don’t get the history and Southern pride involved.
Lee was a native Virginian and figured prominently in the history of Virginia. To New Orleans, he was a Confederate general.
