Yeah, I wouldn’t read so much into it unless Drudge starts doing a lot of anti-Trump stuff..... he may simply have gotten a catchy line he wanted.... certainly one can blame the Leftards for much of the hate & violence there today. Antifa is “making American hate”.... or at least filling our streets with hate and violence.

I don’t see it that way either....Drudge is simply repeating what the left is doing....he’s posted as that before...I think people jumped too quick on this.
I also interpret “Make America Hate Again” to be a direct riff. It’s a slogan used by liberals when calling us racists.
