We would never have known about this meeting if a lucky photographer didn’t happen to catch Bill Clinton walking around OUTSIDE on the airport tarmac. (People walk around on the tarmac all the time, right?)

If i remember correctly the meeting took place in a third plane so that it could not be recorded.
Two extremely lucky (for us) occurrences, the person that captured PIAPS being tossed into the Scooby van 9/11 and this reporter scooping the bill and lynch meeting.
Not only a lucky photographer, how about the lucky local reporter?
Christopher Sign, morning anchor at ABC15, says he received a tip from a “trusted source” about the meeting.
Maybe there are some white hats on the SS or FBI details involved?
