IIRC Bradley Manning is,due to some legal technicality,still considered an active duty member of the Armed Forces.If,by chance,I'm correct on this couldn't recent statements he's made...and his presence near the WH...be a violation of the UCMJ?

During my time long ago I was 100% apolitical so I didn't pay much attention to such issues but I've always suspected that the open,public,display of contempt for senior members of the chain of command was a court martial offense.

Maybe some JAG type Freeper can school me here.
