Yes it is - exactly why we elected him. Good point!

Three feet of snow is a LOT. I live in northern Michigan for the last 3-4 years and once we got 16 inches. Whew. That was an incredible amount for us.

I cannot even imagine three feet of snow.

From our perspective you guys and Boston are the cities of hero-making as you seem to get all the really hard weather.

It was a pretty mild winter here, not much snow to speak of. Think I used my snowblower maybe three times, the rest I let the snow just melt.

About 4 years ago we got just over 37 inches in one storm. I had a 5 foot snow drift blocking my garage door. Took two sons, two nephews and a snowblower half a day to clear it out.

I was at work the next day. It doesn't come often like that but when it does, we get dumped on.

Just across the IL/IN border at the bottom of lake michigan they get HAMMERED because of the lake effect. We can get literally zero snow here and they'll get two feet. Not kidding. That's only 15 miles from me (I'm pretty close to the border.)
