I don't recall any major amusement parks at the time putting up chapels. Disney theme parks at the time didn't have the level of prestige at the time Walt was alive.

Why didn't they have chapels at Six Flags or Cannobie lake?

I’m just saying this has been a long standing curiosity in church circles ... why design an old fashioned Main Street patterned on the late 19th century without a church or chapel?

Remember Disneyland was planned in the early 1950’s.
