This is interesting because it had previously been reported by Louise Mensch in Heat Street that the FISA application made in June was NOT approved but rewritten more narrowly and finally approved in October, 2016.

If this is the case, it appears that the Trump, Jr/Veselnitskaya, which occurred on June 9th, 2016, is pre-FISA approval.
