Not only do they come out with the same story, they use the same words. Remember when Trump spoke after taking the oath of office. Every one of those networks called it Dark. Not sad, not a downer, not depressing, they all used the same word. I assume the DNC sends out an email that they all get and quickly put it on the air.

I think the best we can do is cut the cord. If we pay cable we are paying them. Even NPR is making most of its money through your cable bid.

In Canada I notice we get the same talking points on market news. I always wonder if the AP has one point person on a trading desk in New York who just gives his 30 seconds on why he thinks the market went up or down - basically 30 seconds of bullshit because no one can really summarize the movement of 1000s of equities.
